Licensed Bathroom Builders Based In Caboolture
Renovating a bathroom? The plumbing is the part you can’t afford to get wrong. Moving a toilet, shifting the shower, or relocating a vanity all mean changes to your water supply lines, drainage and sometimes your hot water system.
We handle the plumbing side of bathroom renovations across Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast — rough-in before the tiler gets there, and fit-off once the walls and floors are done. We also do kitchen and laundry renovations. We coordinate with your builder so the plumbing doesn’t hold up the rest of the job.

WHAT WE DO ON A BATHROOM RENO
- Rough-In (First Fix)
This is everything that goes behind the walls and under the floor before tiling. We relocate drainage to match your new layout, run new water supply lines (hot and cold), and set waste positions for the toilet, shower, vanity and bath. If you’re moving fixtures from their original positions, this stage is where the drainage gets rerouted. - Fit-Off (Second Fix)
Once tiling is finished, we come back to connect everything — taps, mixers, toilet, shower head, vanity basin, bath spout, and any accessories. We test for leaks, check water pressure, and make sure hot water is running to all the right places.
- Drainage Relocation
Moving a toilet or shower usually means moving the drain. In slab-on-ground homes — common across Caboolture, Morayfield, North Lakes and Burpengary — that means cutting concrete to access and reroute the drainage pipes underneath. We handle the full process: cutting, rerouting, connecting and patching.
- Hot Water Adjustments
If your renovation changes the distance between the hot water system and the bathroom, you may need pipe extensions or a recirculating pump to avoid long waits for hot water. If your old system is undersized or on its last legs, a reno is the right time to upgrade.
- Gas Fitting
If your renovation includes a gas bayonet for heating or a gas hot water upgrade, we’re licensed gas fitters (L40747). Full compliance certificates issued.
When Is It Time To Renovate Your Bathroom or Laundry?
You may need a renovation when your bathroom or laundry starts showing signs of wear—such as leaks, mould, poor drainage, or outdated fixtures. A renovation is also worthwhile if the layout no longer suits your lifestyle or if you want to improve water efficiency and add modern style. Upgrading these spaces not only enhances comfort and functionality but can also increase your home’s value.

OLDER HOMES IN THIS AREA
Homes built before the mid-1990s across Caboolture, Morayfield, Narangba and Burpengary often have issues that only show up during a renovation:
- Galvanised water pipes — These corrode from the inside over time. If you’re renovating the bathroom but leaving old galvanised pipes in the walls, you’re setting yourself up for low pressure and brown water. A reno is the cheapest time to replace them.
- Undersized waste lines — Older homes sometimes have 50mm waste pipes where current code requires 65mm or 100mm. We upgrade waste lines to meet current standards during the rough-in.
- Asbestos near wet areas — Fibro sheeting around bathrooms and laundries in older homes may contain asbestos. We don’t remove asbestos (that requires a licensed removalist), but we identify it early so your builder can plan around it before anyone starts cutting.
- Clay drainage pipes — Original clay sewer and stormwater pipes may be cracked or root-affected. We can CCTV the drains during the reno to check condition before the new bathroom is built on top of them.
WORKING WITH YOUR BUILDER
We coordinate directly with your builder or project manager. Rough-in is scheduled before waterproofing and tiling. Fit-off is scheduled after tiling and painting. We turn up when we’re needed, get the work done, and stay out of the way for the rest.
If you don’t have a builder and you’re managing the reno yourself, we can walk you through the plumbing stages so you know when to book the tiler, the electrician and the waterproofer.
